Starting the Planning Process

By starting this planning process, you are selecting the Simple Cremation Package for $1995 which includes: Basic services of Funeral Director and Staff, Transportation within our service area, use of climate-controlled holding facility, removal of pacemaker (if required), cremation/crematory fee, minimum alternative container and temporary plastic urn. This charge does not include the use of facilities and staff for any visitation or ceremony, public or private or any outside charges such as Death Certificates or Medical Examiner Fees. This is our most popular package and offers the most savings.

Step One: Complete Death Certificate Information

The first step is to complete the vital statistics form, which provides the necessary information for legal documentation and arrangements.

Step Two: Sign Cremation Authorization Form

Next, fill out the cremation authorization form to give us permission to proceed. This step is required to ensure we meet all legal requirements.
